Most people start with hydrogen water in the morning. The dissolving rod works in any liquid, not just water, so you can place it in whatever you're already drinking and come back in about 15 minutes. Drink it while it's fresh, since hydrogen starts leaving the glass within a couple of minutes.

From there, it's up to you. Wear the nasal cannula while you read or work, or reach for the goggles and ear cannula when you're in the mood. Some people also use hydrogen water as part of their evening skincare. There's no schedule to keep up with.

• Water: use only distilled or deionized water in the machine's tank. Refill when the red light flashes. If it keeps flashing after a refill, empty the tank completely and refill with fresh water.

• Filter: replace the Si Bin and Black Tourmaline filter once a month. You can also run two filters at once if you'd like more negative ion energy. When you replace it, tighten the bottom lid firmly with the filter key so it doesn't leak.

• Cleaning: wipe the outside with a soft, dry cloth. Never put the machine in water or splash water on it.

• Storage: pour out all the water, place the dust cover on, and store it somewhere dry above 41°F (5°C). If it's been stored somewhere colder, let it sit at room temperature for 12 hours before using it.

• Hydrogen is flammable. Keep the machine at least 5 feet away from open flames, smoking, candles, incense, and other heat sources.

• Use it in a well-ventilated room, never in a small closed space.

• Use it only while you're awake, and never leave it running unattended.

• Never run the machine without water, and use distilled or deionized water only.

• Place it on a stable, level surface, and don't cover the ports or place anything on top of it.

• Don't bend, kink, or pinch the tubing while you use the accessories.

• Stop right away if you feel unwell (for example, dizziness, headache, or trouble breathing) or notice a leak.

• Children and anyone who needs extra help should use the machine only with supervision. Keep it out of reach of children.

• This product is not a medical device. If you plan to inhale hydrogen, or if you have a medical condition, talk with your doctor first.

• For external use on the skin only.

• Don't apply to broken, irritated, inflamed, or damaged skin.

• Avoid contact with the eyes, the inside of the nose, the mouth, and other sensitive areas.

• Use only a few drops of product, and don't overfill the reservoir.

• Remove the patch if you feel any discomfort.

• Don't reuse or share patches.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Don't use if you're sensitive to any patch or reservoir ingredient, including beeswax or lanolin.
