How to use AO Patch

Prep your skin

Clean the spot where you’ll wear it and let it dry completely.

Peel

Remove the protective backing from the adhesive and the reservoir.

Add a few drops

Place a few drops of your topical in the reservoir. Don’t overfill it.

Stick and wear

Apply to clean, dry skin and press gently around the edges.

Good to know before you start

A FEW DROPS IS ALL IT TAKES

Too much product can leak past the reservoir and loosen the adhesive. Use each patch once, and don’t share it.

    • Size: 2¾" × 2¾" per patch

    • 30 patches per box

    • Single use: use each patch once, then throw it away

    Unlike pre-filled patches that come with one set ingredient, AO Patch has an empty reservoir you fill yourself, so you can choose the topical that fits your needs each time.

  • The reservoir base is made with a blend of:

    • Beeswax

    • Petrolatum

    • Lanolin

    • Si Bin

    Together, they help keep your chosen product contained and in contact with your skin. The reservoir's sealed design helps reduce evaporation and keeps product from transferring to your clothes, while helping maintain moisture at the skin's surface.

  • AO Patch works with almost any liquid topical made for use on skin, including oils, serums, and liquid supplements. It doesn't matter which brand. If you already have a favorite, you can use it in your patch.

    Looking for ideas? These Solex favorites are a great place to start:

    • AO Essential Oils: a drop or two for scent that lasts through your day

    • AO Peptides: two or three drops of any serum

    • AO Brite: your hydrating serum, held in place

    • BLUE: a new way to fit it into your routine

    Whatever you choose, make sure it's meant for use on skin, and follow that product's own directions.

    1. Choose your topical product.

    2. Clean the spot where you'll wear the patch and let your skin dry completely.

    3. Remove the protective backing from the adhesive side and the reservoir.

    4. Place a few drops of your product into the reservoir.

    5. Apply the patch to clean, dry, healthy skin.

    6. Press gently around the edges to help it stay in place.

    A few drops is all it takes. Don't overfill the reservoir or let the product spill past its edges. Too much product can loosen the adhesive, leak, or reach skin you didn't mean to cover.

  • AO Patch can be imprinted with frequencies from AO Scan using Solex's SEFI technology. If you already use AO Scan and SEFI, this gives you another way to add a personal, frequency-based touch to how you use your patch.

    • For external use on the skin only.

    • Don't apply to broken, irritated, inflamed, or damaged skin.

    • Avoid contact with the eyes, the inside of the nose, the mouth, and other sensitive areas.

    • Use only a few drops of product, and don't overfill the reservoir.

    • Remove the patch if you feel any discomfort.

    • Don't reuse or share patches.

    • Keep out of reach of children.

    • Don't use if you're sensitive to any patch or reservoir ingredient, including beeswax or lanolin.

    • If you're pregnant, nursing, under medical care, or unsure whether a topical product is right for you, talk with a qualified healthcare professional before use.
