Welcome to Solex!
If you’re new to starting a business, and even if you’re not, you may be wondering how to set a business plan in place. You may be wondering what steps to take first. Although, at times, new beginnings may seem overwhelming, know that Solex has your back!
To get you started, we have compiled a list of five steps that can aid your success and help you build your business from the ground up. These steps are all crucial in the journey of a QLA, as they are the foundation that will help you gain a solid understanding of our technology, our products, our compensation plan, our community, and our vision for you.
As you read the steps below and put them into practice, please know that you do not need to be an expert on any of these steps to start sharing with others. These are just simple tools that can strengthen your business one step at a time.
Getting Started with AO Scan™
You are now a QLA with an active AO Scan™ service subscription, so let's get you scanning! This is one of the most educational, exciting, and rewarding steps of being a QLA. Having access to AO Scan™ Technology allows you to learn about your body, how it is performing, and how to begin making the necessary lifestyle changes that can optimize your overall wellbeing. As a QLA you can share the technology with others so they can also start experiencing those changes and improve their quality of life, both with health and finances.
Although the word 'technology' may sometimes sound intimidating, never fear. The AO Scan™ Technology is simple. It is made for everyone and can be used by anyone. You do not need to be tech-savvy or know the latest and greatest about scanning or frequencies to be able to perform a scan on yourself or someone else. So, let's get you logged in!
If you have already received your AO Scan™ device, click on the program icon on your device's homepage. You will need to log in with your Solex account credentials, which you created upon enrollment (this is also the same login as your back office).
If you want to become acquainted with the technology before your device arrives, head over to app.aoscan.com on a device of your choice. As mentioned previously, login with your Solex account credentials, which you created upon enrollment.
Once you have logged into the AO Scan™ program, we recommend setting up your device, creating a profile account in the scanner, and learning how to perform each scan. In the following sections, you will learn about resources we have put together that cover this information and more. We will walk you through what they are, where you can access them, and how they work.

Access Your Back Office
Every entrepreneur needs a reliable way to manage and organize their business, and your Solex back office provides just that! Your back office is a robust platform that keeps track of your enrollments, gives you detailed, up-to-date insight about your business, offers accessible communication with your downline, gives access to crucial resources, and much more! Believe us; the list doesn’t end there. That is why accessing your back office is one of the first steps we recommend taking as a new QLA. The wealth of information and resources you will find there will greatly benefit you as you prepare to set up a business plan in place.
Like the AO Scan™ Technology, your Solex back office is easy to use and understand. Head over to office2.solexnation.com and use the Solex account credentials you created upon enrollment (this is also the same login as your AO Scan™ Technology login). Once you’ve logged in, you will find various widgets and features on the homepage. Widgets are permanent boards on the homepage of your back office that provide information with quick access. Let’s do a brief overview!
Banner Widget: This is where you’ll find banners with announcements, promotions, and important highlights that we want you to know about and hope you don’t miss.
Business Snapshot Widget: (By far, our QLAs favorite!) Provides you with a quick view of the most important statistics of your business. (A little hack to get the most out of this widget: click on the tiles to flip them and see more information).
Rank Information Widget: Displays your rank progress for the current month, your last achieved rank, and your highest achieved rank.
Marketing Site Widget: Displays your shop site URL and the number of visitors and enrollers that have accessed it.
Training Speedometer Widget: Displays the progress of each training course with a percentage meter.
Calendar Widget: Shows you the meeting dates and events of all QLAs. You can add a team call on your calendar for others to see and join in.
Community Widget: Connect with other QLAs! This widget offers a feed of the most recent community posts made by QLAs company-wide. You can ask questions, share ideas, answer others’ posts, and get to know other QLAs through this widget.
Social Networking Widget: Connect with us! This widget allows you to link directly to all our corporate social media channels.
Quick Share Widget: Allows you to share particular messages or posts we’ve added to your back office directly to your Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest accounts.
In addition to these widgets, you will find features and sections that can help you manage your orders, see business reports, access PDF and video resources, contact your enroller, chat with your downline, and manage your settings. Your back office has everything you need to get started and develop your business as it grows. Learn at Solex University

Solex University offers courses highlighting various aspects of our technology, products, and company. You can learn at your own pace from experts in medicine, frequency, business development, scanning, and more. The different courses available will not only help you learn about our technology and what we offer, but they will also help you learn how to communicate and share it with others. Let's give a brief overview of the current courses available at Solex University!
Basic Training
Learn the basics about AO Scan™ Technology with our Founder and President, Loran Swensen, and other members of the Solex corporate team. Basic Training provides a brief overview of each of the main scans and modules in the AO Scan™ Technology. This course covers topics regarding the device and profile setup, Supplement Library, troubleshooting, remote scanning, and introductory sections for Quick Scan, Inner-Voice, Vitals, Comprehensive, and SEFI. This training is a beginner's course, where we take you through the basic steps you need to navigate the AO Scan™ program. It's the perfect course to get you started! In addition, each section of this course is accompanied by an interactive workbook and a quiz per chapter, which we recommend using to skyrocket your learning. You will receive an email certificate upon completion of the course.
*AO Scan™ Technology is continuously developing. We will update Basic Training periodically, but some information may be outdated at times. We appreciate your understanding and patience!
Phase 1
Phase One is designed to be the first major step toward your mastery of AO Scan™ Technology. This course will refresh your understanding while connecting you with more profound knowledge about what you are learning from your scanner and what is taking place in the background. We will go over Inner-Voice on a much deeper level than Basic Training, along with Inner-Voice principles and examples; Vitals, and Comprehensive topics regarding bacteria, viruses, parasites, food, macros, and micros, toxicity, chakras, and Homeo-Energetix. This information will be so valuable to you as you share AO Scan™ with others. Each section of your course is accompanied by an interactive workbook and quizzes, which, as mentioned previously, we absolutely recommend using to enhance your learning. You will receive an email certificate upon completion of the course.
Day of Discovery – March 2022
You asked and we listened! This course was originally a virtual event for all QLAs to access anywhere in the world. The event was set to be available online for one week. Once the seven days were over, there would be no more Day of Discovery - March 2022. However, we received endless requests from QLAs and customers asking to make the event a course to allow them to always access the content. And so, we made the event a course! In this course, you will learn all about the enhanced compensation plan; frequencies of the gut, the spine, and adrenals; the Body Systems Scan; business building presentations, reading reports, in-depth information of new products, and more. You will receive an email certificate upon completion of the course.
Below, you can find the links to enroll in these courses. If you plan to enroll in multiple trainings, we recommend registering with the same login information for each training course. This way, you can find your courses within the same account. Additionally, keep in mind that our technology is continuously developing. “Welcome, Solex Nation!” might become your favorite line after joining our Weekly Update Calls. Every Wednesday night, we have a special video for you. We go over the latest Solex updates, announce giveaways, Top Enroller winners, bring in multiple experts on different topics, discuss AO Technology and answer QLA questions, share testimonials, and much more (Some QLAs might even tell you the bloopers section is their favorite part of it all). We like to have fun with these updates, but most importantly, we love connecting with you and providing you with valuable information that can help you in all aspects of life. Currently, there are two ways you can access the calls, and that is through our YouTube channel or our podcast.
The Solex YouTube channel is like a goldmine. Not only will you be able to tune in and watch the Weekly Updates on there, but you will also find a plethora of informational videos that cover a wide range of topics. You will find videos on our playlists about the compensation plan, product shareables, pets, tutorial series, phone tech, software updates, and how-to information. To find us on YouTube, simply look up ‘Solex LLC’ in the search bar (whether you’re doing this on the web or using the YouTube app, this should be the same). For those that may not have time to watch our Updates or prefer to listen to the audio while you’re on the go, the Solex Podcast is for you! Work Towards Your First Rank
Be a Bronze in your first month! You may be wondering, “What in the world does that mean?” Or “What does it take to be a bronze in my first month?” Let’s back up a little bit and talk about the Solex Compensation Plan (also known as a Benefits Plan).
The Solex Compensation Plan is easy to understand, easy to learn, and easy to share. It consists of six bonuses: the Liftoff Bonus, Direct Bonus, Rank Advancement Bonus, Monthly Rank Bonus, Pool Bonus & Accelerator, and last but not least, the Retail Bonus. Although we will not cover the entire Compensation Plan here, we’ll briefly go over the first 3 bonuses that you can earn: Liftoff, Direct, and Rank Advancement. You can find additional resources below or in your back office to learn all about the Solex Compensation plan.
On your way to your first Rank Advancement Bonus, you will have the opportunity to
begin earning with the Liftoff and Direct Bonuses. You earn the Liftoff Bonus when you share the Solex products with others and they enroll as either a QLA or Preferred Customer (PC) with a Device, the Premium Subscription service, and set up their Automatic Renewal for that monthly service. All the points associated with that enrollment purchase will convert to a bonus of 65% of the total points.
Liftoff Example: Your friend, Bonnie, enrolls with the required device, Premium Subscription, and automatic renewal. If she had 1000 points in that enrollment order, when multiplied by 65%, that would be a $650 Liftoff Bonus you earn that month.
Next, it’s the Direct Bonus. You earn the Direct Bonus when those you personally sponsor continue to purchase after enrollment. You will earn 45% on all the points associated with their orders during each commission month.
Direct Bonus Example: Bonnie continues to pay for her Premium Subscription the month following her enrollment. Her subscription purchase has 112 points associated with it and when multiplied by 45%, creates a $50.40 Direct Bonus for you. Every month that Bonnie purchases, you will earn 45% on the points from her purchases.
This becomes very exciting when you have 3 people on the Premium Subscription because your Direct Bonus from those purchases covers the cost of your own from those earnings. If you have ever heard of “3 and it’s free!” then you may recognize the idea here. Teach your Directs this concept to cover the costs of their own subscriptions and watch your team (and in addition to your continued recruiting, your rank) grow!
The last bonus we will cover here is the Rank Advancement Bonus. As you continue to bring more QLAs into your business and you maintain 3 Active QLAs (Active = 100 personal order points) for 3 months, on that third month you will qualify for the Rank Advancement Bonus of Bronze, which is a one-time, $150 bonus. We start with Bronze, but this is only the first of many more Ranks that you can earn as you continue the pattern in achieving Bronze.
Your back office is the perfect tool to help you know what you need to achieve a specific rank and manage your business. In there, you will find a Rank Information Widget, which displays your rank progress for the current month, your last achieved rank, and your highest achieved rank. Your upline is another great resource that can help you strategize on how to reach any rank. Work together with your upline to succeed and grow together!

Introducing Other to AO Scan Using the 5Ws Strategy
The 5Ws is a process used to create a path to share AO Scan technology bringing new people to Solex. This process helps you gain confidence in your own approach when introducing AO Scan technology. These 5Ws help you tailor the conversation to the interest of who you are speaking with.
Once you’ve identified a topic of interest with your contact, you can create a segue to Solex, as The Premier Technology company, and how you know this technology can give them more control over that issue or challenge. The key to this whole process is to make it your own to help your prospects in the best way possible according to their needs.
