Kick Off the New Year With Purpose

Over the next six weeks, we’re coming together as a community to reset, rebuild, and elevate our health from the inside out. This challenge is about more than daily actions. It’s about creating simple, sustainable habits and supporting one another along the way so that transformation feels deeper, progress lasts longer, and wellness becomes something you carry far beyond the challenge itself.

 

How the Challenge Works

The challenge begins Monday, January 5, 2026. Each day, you’ll be guided through a small, intentional action designed to support your overall well-being. These daily practices are created to:

  • Support gut health, digestion, balance, and cellular renewal

  • Increase body awareness through AO Scan insights

  • Build daily rhythms you can realistically maintain

  • Encourage reflection, sharing, and connection

All you need to do is follow the guidance in your Weekly Action Plan. Each day builds on the last, creating steady momentum and helping healthy habits form naturally over time.

What You’ll Need

To fully experience this challenge and complete the daily prompts, you’ll need:

  • The AO Core System (AO Youth, AO Gut, AO Biome, AO Zymes)

  • An active AO Scan subscription (Used throughout the challenge for Inner-Voice scans, Vitals check-ins, Frequency awareness, and reflection).

These tools allow you to tune in, track subtle shifts, and better understand how your body responds as habits are formed.

 

The Foundation

While each day has its own focus, one thing stays consistent throughout the six weeks: taking AO Core daily.

This steady rhythm is the foundation of the challenge. Consistency is what allows habits to form, benefits to build, and wellness to shift from something you try into something you live. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to show up.
