    Because this Day of Discovery is virtual, there will be no location to travel to. You can access this event from your online devices wherever you are!

  • The March 2026 Day of Discovery is a virtual event hosted on an online learning platform. Presentations will not be streamed live, so you can watch them anytime between March 4 and 10 at your convenience.

  • On March 4, you will receive an email with your access details and login information.

    If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. If it’s not there, contact our Customer Support team, and they will resend it to you.

    Customer Support is available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. MT.a.m. – 5 p.m. MST.

  • No. The event is hosted on a platform that requires an internet connection, so online access is needed to view all content.

  • You can watch each segment as many times as you like during the event week!

    Since this is not a live event, there are no set times for presentations. All content will be available to you anytime from March 4 - 10.

  • The event includes more than 8 hours of content. All presentations will be available at once starting March 4, so you can watch them anytime during the week at your convenience.

  • No worries! If you run into any issues logging in, our Customer Support team is here to help. They’re available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. MT.

    Just a heads-up: they won’t be able to fix technical problems with personal devices, but they’ll make sure you have all the info you need to access the event smoothly.

  • Yes! You’ll need your own DoD ticket to receive the 20% coupon that can be used during the event week. Coupon codes will only be applied to accounts that have purchased a DoD ticket.

  • Your 20% coupon can be used as many times as you like between Wednesday, March 4-10.

  • To make sure your ticket counts toward your incentive trip, it needs to be purchased through your own account. Tickets bought under someone else’s name will not apply.
