June 8 (Monday): Arrive in Utah! The closest airport is Provo (20 minutes away), or you can fly into SLC International (45 minutes away).
Check-in: 4:00 PM. We’ll send you your cabin address as we get closer to June.
June 9 & 10: Get ready for amazing classes and fun activities throughout the day! Come prepared to participate, connect, and enjoy the experience.
June 11: Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Meals & Snacks: We’ll provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks on June 9&10. Your cabin will have a full kitchen if you’d like to bring anything extra. Just note that for liability reasons, we won’t have access to your cabins to leave treats like years past.
Transportation: Bringing a car is completely optional! Sundance offers a convenient shuttle service that will pick you up and drop you off at your cabin whenever needed.
Dress Code: Wear what makes you feel comfortable and happy. Keep in mind that mountain nights can be chilly, so packing layers is a great idea.
$150 deposit is required to reserve your spot, fully refundable at the retreat. If you do not attend, the deposit is non-refundable.
